Two guys from the Geek squad came and professionally mounted out 60" TV. They were very good, quick and very well mannered. Definitely would recommend their services, although my husband bought the annual package, which I think is a waste, as we probably will not be using it.

The first Best Buy squad was not good did not set up expensive tv or wall mount correct terrible next team knew what they were doing

the geek squad rep -- Jamie Posner, was excellent. she was very professional and knowledgeable. she took the time to explain the tv features to us. she answered all questions. She is a perfect example for a geek squad agent. she deserves a raise.

Sony 75 inch is amazing with new power pac is better than my last tv. The tech were great too

The agents mounted my TV and successfully connected it to my existing surround sound speaker system. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it to work with my existing blu-ray player, however.

Yes he did a good job installing the TV but the only downfall was he was kind of making us feel like we were dummies and we asked him to do some stuff and he kind of hesitated like they really didn’t wanna do it so I guess I didn’t appreciate that but overall not bad

The guys were great BUT the tv is no longer running through the speakers. We need to set up time to have them return.

The Geek Squad (Shane and Rayne) were excellent! Courteous and professional, they knew their “stuff” and got the job done very proficiently. Answered all our questions and gave a great lesson on using the new products. Highly recommend them.

Agents did a fantastic job in installing our 65" TV Love it well worth it, and we did not have to do a thing! They even helped put in our apps for Prime TV Amazon, and Netflix! Thank you so much!!

The geek squad technicians did great job manning our television on the wall. I had already set it up, so that there is not much for them to do beyond the actual, physical mounting, but what they did, they did great.

Geek Squad wall mounted 65” and 75” TVs, making all connections to TV, sound bars and receivers. Terrific job, very neat and thorough. Paired all remotes, TVs, soundbars and receivers. Used zip ties to neatly bundle all cords.

The gentleman were great. The bracket we bought to mount the TV wasn't the right size and they were very accommodating in giving us time to return the bracket for the proper size and returning in 3 days to complete the installation.

Can’t say enough good about Geek squad services. We have used them twice in the last 5 years and have been extremely happy with them. We highly recommend the Geek squad. In our opinion they are worth every cent.

We were not informed at the time of purchase as to the height limit for a large TV being installed by the Geek Squad. When we learned of this, we addressed this with Best Buy management. Our issue was resolved without further issue. We were pleased.

Geek Squad guys came out and set up the TV for me along with the mount. Did it perfect and even set up the wire covering for me for no extra cost. Very happy with the results.

My master bedroom was too crowded with a tv stand for the big tv I had. The geek squad guy was super helpful explaining why we had to change mounts because of the framing in the wall etc They were in an out, polite, clean and worth the money for the professional installation.

Herberth was amazing! He kept me informed re: his ETA and installed the mounting bracket, mounted the TV and connected all devices without a flaw! Herberth is professional, extremely courteous and I highly recommend him.

Had me buy a different bracket. The one I purchased wasn't as adjustable, even though it was called full motion. They left and returned later the same day after I had picked up the new mount.

Agent was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how to use control and made sure it was working properly
