On time and had good communication before delivery

Have done 4 TVs this size or larger as well as over fireplace and techs were fabulous and concerned about constant quality! Guest subcontractors couldn't do it!!

The technician was exceptional he had attention to detail and ensured the TV was installed properly. He worked very clean and expeditiously.

The Geek Squad agents quickly and efficiently set-up my speaker system for my home entertainment.

Received mounting bracket in time before Geek Squad came to mount my tv; however, the bracket was not needed due to the existing one one my wall worked fine. I kept the bracket to use at another time if needed.

They were on time, very polite, but friendly. Explained what they were doing and cleaned and removed the boxes.

The delivery and installation was subcontracted to a third party. It was not done by Geek Squad as it was 8 years ago when I purchased my previous big screen. Back then the team was awesome, professional, polite, respectful of my home and friendly. This time the third party installers were abrupt, clumsy, obviously in a rush and unprofessional. My install used the same mount so the install was relatively easy compared to working from a bare wall. Still they seemed annoyed the entire time. If they don’t like their job they should find another one. Not a great experience when compared to 8 years ago. They even broke one of the locking mechanisms on the mount, made no effort to repair and I’m not sure how I’d get the tv off the mount now if I needed to. Can’t recommend Geek Squad services since I didn’t get Geek Squad people this time.

The guys were great. Arrived on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing. Checking with me to make sure the locations was right. Afterwards, showed me the operation of the TV and remote.

I received a call when the Geek Squad were on their way and they got to my house at the time of the appointment, as soon they enter my house they were ready to work safety mask and gloves. I recommend them because they are very professional

I was very satisfied with the quality of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by the Geek Squad personnel who installed the attachment to hold my 85 inch TV. They arrived on time, worked diligently to complete the task; and cleaned up their mess.

The Geek squad installed my new tv and put together the studio stand which they were excited to see. They were both very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything set up. They also hauled away the boxes.

This was a great experience. Shawn and Anthony, the Geeks who came to do the work, were awesome! Polite, cleaned up any mess and they were funny to boot! I would recommend this service to anyone as it was well worth the money.

Great TV and great price too. I'm so glad I went with this instead of the TLC or Phillips. The quality is amazing.

They knew what they were doing. My only concern was it seemed like they were trying to get you to buy extras and they weren’t cheap.

The agents did install the TV and re-connect the cables properly. The TV is shown in the store flat against the wall and that is one of the reasons we purchased it. After the installation, the TV was out from the wall and it was explained to me that we needed a recessed outlet in order to get it closer. It was also explained that I would need an electrician. I think it would have been best if the Geek Squad could have been able to provide the recessed outlet; or minimally, if I had been told before the appointment that I needed a recessed outlet.
