The delivery and installation was subcontracted to a third party. It was not done by Geek Squad as it was 8 years ago when I purchased my previous big screen. Back then the team was awesome, professional, polite, respectful of my home and friendly. This time the third party installers were abrupt, clumsy, obviously in a rush and unprofessional. My install used the same mount so the install was relatively easy compared to working from a bare wall. Still they seemed annoyed the entire time. If they don’t like their job they should find another one. Not a great experience when compared to 8 years ago. They even broke one of the locking mechanisms on the mount, made no effort to repair and I’m not sure how I’d get the tv off the mount now if I needed to. Can’t recommend Geek Squad services since I didn’t get Geek Squad people this time.

Extremely professional crew mounted TV. They explained everything so that the TV was set up for everything I needed.

I think the Samsung has a sharper picture but this works for my eyesight which is sensitive to harsh contrasts.The installation went smoothly and the Geek squad answered my questions and showed patience when I didn't understand immediately.

This is my 2nd HP 27f. It makes for a side-by-side configuration. I replaced an all-in-one having a 27-in. screen with a more powerful desktop box. So this earlier configuration also worked quite well, to create two screens.

Clay was professional,very knowledgeable and friendly. It was unfortunate that my speaker system was missing the wall brackets. He could have made extra money. That's on Best Buy not him as the speaker system was delivered a week before (even though I asked they not be)

Always can rely on Best Buy to provide needed accessories for TVs, appliances, electronics and more. Thanks, Best Buy!! You have been out go to shop for years!!!

They really knew what they were doing. They was very careful not to damage anything. They had great advise that we took on the placement of the TV

The two Geek Squad men arrived on time. They were very pleasant and friendly. They got the mount up in just a few minutes. Cleaned up all the packaging and put the TV in place. Then provided some instructions on its use. Thanks Geek Squad.

Easy Peasy installation, because I had everything set-up for them. Just un-box tv, mount wall mount on back of tv put it on bridge I had set-up between entertainment center, plug in tv and hdmi.

My new smart tv was not acting smart and I could get it connected to my wifi. The Geek Squad person arrived, I explained my problem and he knew exactly what was needed. And in less that 10 minutes I had a new smart tv.

It was fast, accurate and clean. The rep informes at each step what he was doing and the reason behind it.

Great Installation by Best Buy Installers ... These Guys know what they are Doing ... They completed the Job in about an hour and had my 65 inch Big Screen 3D TV Mounted and wired and completed ... I’d recommend these guys to anyone who has a Large screen Tv they want done ...

Chuck was awesome! His partner called out sick, so he found another coworker to help him uninstall our 85" TV quickly.

The product met our needs. The tech was exceptional!

Super good installation. Retired and updated the home sound system. Mike and associates were totally professional. Explained all steps as the hooked everything up.
