First team only hooked up TV n speakers but when I called the next team came and finished by connecting the dvd player and a device that allows us to use all our tv and audio equipment- great job team 2!

Crew was prompt, polite and professional. They offered helpful advice and installed the equipment in an unobtrusive and eye pleasing manner.

The geek squad came and installed my Tv on a wall. They were too quick and failed to ask how we wanted the hookup inside the wall. As a result, we have bundled wires impeding our ability to put furniture below the TV. A little morvtome explainingbwhat they were going to do would have greatly improved the experience.

3 members had come and perfectly wall mounted 75" in less than 30 mins. They were professional. And helped me set up the tv features as well

Keep these young men, they were very nice and went about their work in a professional manner. They were very attentive to our questions. When they left we had no clean up, we’re able to sit down and enjoy the new RV

I had my Geek Squad men cut holes in the back of my chest and holes in the walls to TOTALLY hide all wires and boxes. They used remote controls that can go through the wood fronts to chest drawers. I am a minimalist so I love the clean look!

I have no problems with any of the people who disconnected or reconnected my TV. They get 5 stars. Best Buy should not even get 1 star for both the cost and the lack of service provided. The fact that I spent around $5000.00 for this set-up and you would not even transport it to my new residence is outrageous. I had to pay a moving co. over $800.00 to move it along with a few other items. It cost me around $600.00 to $700.00 for you to disconnect and reconnect the system. Good thing I like the TV or I would have returned it. I think Best Buy needs to look at your policies regarding transporting TVs and the cost of the other services involved.

Although they had incomplete information on the first trip out, they did what they could and were back the next day to complete the installation and the suggested placement looks great.

We had great service from Geek Squad. David was prompt and quick with the installation of our mount device and our new TV. He showed us how to operate it and gave us his card so we could contact him if we had a future need.
