Geek Squad came on time and provided professional service for reinstallation of TV set

I was like. "Can you hang this TV?" And Best Buy was like. "Yeah, better than anyone else." Then i was like. "Aight, lets do it then" Then they hung it

Tech squad hung my new 85” TV. Got my YouTubeTV and Amazon prime apps up and running. Made all connections to my AV receiver and even secured existing speaker wire. Now I’m ready for football season!

Agents that came to install our TV were extremely polite, helpful and professional. We have used their service multiple times, and Best Buy really does hire good professionals.

The agents took their time and mounted our bedroom Samsung TV and set it up. Then in our Great Room they were exceptional in getting all the cords hidden, all devices hooked up, and the TV running.

Had a new TV delivered and wanted to have them install the TV, hide the wires and make all the connections. The crew came in, I identified the location, they stated it could not go in that spot because the bracket that I bought would not support the wider studs in the wall. I had to show them how the bracket was adjustable. They successfully mounted in the correct location. Turned the TV on and showed me how to work the remote. I ended up entering the WiFi information so they could make the additional connections to peripheral devices. They explained that my WiFi needed to be upgraded as well as my cable box so I would not be able to use some of the Smart TV features until that was done. They said that I would not be able to stream unless these upgrades were done. They also stated that they would not bury the wires in the wall due to the TV being on an exterior wall in a buried basement. I told them I would upgrade later and went back to work (I work from home). They came upstairs, said they were done and off they went. I went downstairs to find they did not connect any of the Smart TV features, additional wireless accessories, and peripherals. In addition, they did not dispose of the packaging materials prior to leaving. I called Bestbuy to complain and was told to contact Geek Squad directly. After trying multiple times to talk to someone, I finally reached a manager who offered to have another crew come out in 3 days to make all the connections and dispose of the packaging materials. I explained I had already made the connections and my WiFi was strong enough to stream without any buffering, and I had already disposed of everything. He ultimately refunded the cost difference between a normal TV install and the Premium TV Mounting. This made the experience more tolerable, otherwise I would have given no stars. If you are going to use them for this service, watch them closely and be sure you read everything that is supposed to be done, then hold them accountable.

Always a pleasure shopping and doing business with the Best Buy in Chino Hills. The customer service, professionalism and overall protection perks, makes me a happy customer.

The guys who installed my tv were true professionals! They were very respectful and considerate and did an amazing job! I will recommend this service from the Geek Squad to everyone that I know that needs a tv mounted.

So far I’m happy with it. I used them to install my Best Buy tv purchase for free. They took my old tv for free and I called them for text support for my Echo show and they helped me for free.

The Installer, Shawn, was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable about tech stuff in general. Did a great job mounting the TV and gave me helpful advice on HD and other things. I really appreciated his professionalism.

The agents had taken the time to show me how to navigate through remotes, utilizing 1 remote to do the work of 2.

Very pleased with my tv mount it can turn to the left/right and tilts forward. When the geek squad mounted the tv they explained how the tv, mount, and the sound bar worked. The only the I wished the would include something to cover the wires or a way to hide them in the wall.

This TV is working well so far. We already had a LG sound bar so our sound system is working very well.

Excellent and quick installation, crew cleaned up after themselves.

The Geek Squad person came to our house with the two TV's we purchased and all the supplies needed to set them up. The agent the set the TV's up and showed us how to operate the new remote.

My son said the install went fine, i think it was just a little too pricey.
