    My agent mounted my TV with a ceiling mount in perfect location with full functionality and mobility. Amazed at how easy it seemed to him and I was impressed that he was able to do it all on his own.

    Consummate Professionals- ensured all tbs and speakers were connected and in good working order prior to departure. Ensured that all debris and packaging was removed. Area was nice and clean.

    After I replaced my 55" Sony with a new 75" I need someone to wall mount the old TV. The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled, attached the bracket and mounted the old TV. The technicians were knowledgeable, personable and did the job in 30 minutes. Perfect!

    Tom Hamer was my installer. He and his helper whose name I don’t have, were the best. They took time to explain all thefeatures of my new TV and how to use it. They were neat and very patient. Made me wish I had used the Geek Squad a long time ago.

    the agents who delivered and installed my television. It was TOTALLY WORTH IT. They took care of the installation and set-up, and then taught me how to use my remote and tv. Also - they had great suggestions on Netflix shows in 4K !!!

    THIS WAS THE BEST PART THE EXPERIENCE. THE GEEK SQUAD TECH BY HIMSELF COMPLETED THE TASK IN LESS THAN HALF THE TIME THE PREVIOUS WAS INSTALLED USING 3 PEOPLE.

    The Geek squad delivered and set up my new Samsung smart tv. They thoroughly explained how the system worked and followed up with me after a couple of days. I will never buy such a devise without the support of the Squad.
