TV wasn't mounted just placed on stand and hooked up to existing audio system

The Geek Squad installed my TV connected all devices and recommend the Sonos sound bar. I purchased and happy with the sound

The team came in on time as scheduled and hung the TV, cleared out the box and packing materials, set up the TV and connected it to the Internet and demonstrated for me how to use the features on my new Sony TV - they were in and out in less than an hour.

We couldn't of got a better pair of guys to set up our new Sony TV. They were extremely professional.

The agent mounted my TV and connected it to other devices. He took time to check to make sure the setup on the TV was just like it was before he mounted it. He was very polite and friendly and tidy.

These guys are the best, in my personal experience “They Have This” they’ve installed 2 OLED TV’s in my home without any problems. I feel very comfortable in their ability to do a good job.

The tech was very knowledge that hung the tv for me. I had no idea that you can only hang a certain type of wall mount if you do not have wooden studs.

The agents mounted my 85" TV into a metal stud wall (ie without being able to anchor to studs) correctly, efficiently, quickly and with no issues.

Great customer service. The only couldnt able adjust the tilt system for the tv mount it was actually very simple. I guess they dont get enough training. But people are very nice and helpful.

The Geek Squad brought everything to my house and did the installation. The only problem was they didn't check the functionality of all of the speakers. The soundbar itself produced great sound. The subwoofer and rear speakers never worked and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. You could watch a golfer swing and would not hear the swoosh until the swing was over. The subwoofer only made a hiss and the rear speakers never come on. Very poor performance by the Geek Squad installation team!

Agent was courteous and knowledgeable. He hung the 85” tv all by himself, as his partner accidentally went to the wrong address! He listened to where we wanted it placed and it worked great!
