The two Geek Squad guys arrived on time, were polite, professional and did an excellent job of installing my new Sony 85" TV. I made a good choice. With a TV that big and expensive, don't take any chances. Get it done right the first time.

Geek Squad arrived on time and was able to connect my new 65 inch TV in record time. They were very professional and courteous. The work area was cleaned up and they took the TV box with them which alleviated the need for me to put it out on the curb on trash day.

The Agents hoisted my Huge TV above my huge fireplace and it was quickly installed. Then they proceeded to teach me about using my new streaming functionality and told me about upgrades that would enhance my viewing. Thanks guys!

The geek squad did a great job setting up and mounting tv. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was working and made sure all our questions were answered.

The installers had several issues getting the TV up, but did a great job. We were sure the TV was going to fall and the mount wouldn't hold, but they knew what they were doing and everything is just perfect!

The Geek Squad tech was great. I think his name is Jordan. He was extremely professional, neat, and respectful of our home. A great Best Buy representative.

The agents mounted a 75" flat screen and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the packaging materials. I'm very pleased with the service.

Great job from conscientious workers. They did not hesitate to get us involved in the decisions that had to be made.

It is connected to the wall secure so far. I don't think it will fall off of the wall. The installers found studs in the wall before they mounted they mounted it.

The team that installed my 75" Samsung TV was very professional and made sure I was satisfied. He installer also made sure my TV and soundbar were both level which is something that other installers did not do.

The scheduling was very difficult. They kept on instisting on coming when I was unavailable but the workers and placement of the TVs were worth the wait. They were very quick efficient and helpful in placing the TVs would recommend the product and workers

The Geek squad was the perfect choice for the mounting of my 85" tv, the guys that came over were very professional and friendly, after installation they thoroughly explained how to adjust the mount to my liking.

This is incredibly amazing it twist 90 degrees, zoom it out, turn it to the right and left to suit your sitting arrangement
