I was running late and didn't make it on time for the appointment but they let me know that they would be able to come back later and they did! Also they provided me a power cable which I lost for the TV so that's always a plus.

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgeable and mounted my new 49 inch Sony TV and completed the installation in less then 30 minutes time. I am also very satisfied with Best Buy's scheduling offer for in home service availability.

This installation was for my *82' Samsung tv... They arrived on time and mounted it in less than 15 minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess as well!!!!

We had no idea what to do about hiding the power cord, and the installer had good suggestions for that. Even though he didn't have the materials to accomplish the goal, he told us how to do it ourselves, and even where to go to buy what we needed!

I have done my fair share of mounting and I can tell this one was going to be difficult, highly recommend them this if you don’t have at least 2 more people available to mount it.

The Geek squad sent two different crew to work with my project and the first squad did a great job. A second squad was sent out to follow up and did a terrible job.

Nothing like a third party delivery dude just drop the unit, install and bye. They really care about what they are doing and knowledgable to explain how the mount and TV works. It helps me with less back and forth troubleshooting later.
