The installation team did a great job mounting my TV, listened to what I wanted and made sure theTV was centered. It was mounted in a wall unit so they had more work.

While the Samsung 85-inch TV I bought from Best Buy has been fantastic—great picture quality, and the installation process was smooth with friendly technicians—there's one thing I found disappointing. When I purchased the TV, I was told that unmounting it and mounting it at a new house would be free if I moved. However, now that I’m relocating, I’ve learned they want to charge for this service. It feels misleading because this wasn’t communicated upfront during the purchase. It’s a great TV, and the installation team did a good job initially, but I think they should be clearer about additional costs when it comes to services like this. Something to keep in mind if you're considering this purchase!

I had 2 Wilmington Geek Squad members mount my 75" TV in August and they were fantastic. So professional, so well-trained, very skilled, and they truly went above and beyond in the service. I will definitely use Geek Squad again, well-worth every penny.

Installed 3 tv's ----all 65 inch or bigger. They did a fantastic job--were pleasant, professional, and explained everything. They took their time, and cleaned up everything. Oh, and they were right on time!!!!!

These agents are very knowledgeable and passionate about the in-home entertainment experience. I learned a lot while they completed my installation. I’ll definitely recommend this service to anyone.

The installers were excellent in being courtesy, and knowledgeable about their job. They asked whether or not the height was sufficient, and they showed my wife and me how to use our new remote control.

As a Bestbuy customer I am very disturbed of how my entire Bracket installment went. I cant call the store directly and the TV is about to fall off of my wall NOW

It was very nice what they did, they installed my tv. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t hide the cables.

The BB Geeks mounter 43" tv in bedroom and fished wires behind wall. Looks great and white swivel mount is awesome. Totally worth $$ for TotalTech. Just do it!!

Got this to mount my old living room TV in my bedroom and it works great. No problems for the 2 years I have owned it. Easy to manipulate to connect cords to the back for other devices.
