The agents mounted my tv in a very difficult spot and made sure my Wi-Fi was connected and apps were working. They were very efficient and friendly.

Brooklyn and Cole was very professional came in very respectful and it doesn't hurt that Brooklyn is very easy on the eyes!!

I had the pleasure of working with Joey and Sean in Manchester NH. They were both Extremely helpful, patient and professional . The staff did wonderful job explaining the answers to all my questions and dealing with my product issues.

The agents were fast and friendly. They did an excellent job mounting my 65" tv. They cleaned up their mess and made sure everything was working and to my liking before leaving.

The Geek Squad was really good. They helped us as much as possible since we are new to streaming. There was a couple that were outstanding who really cared and wanted to teach us about the streaming.

My husband waited for them to ask about our firestick being installed before putting on the wall and I got involved trying to help installers get the charter tv installed so she forgot. Tried calling to get someone to come out to put in in the TV but couldn’t get past the machine.

The guys were very professional, called before and after, even return my item that I didn’t used from to Best Buy and send me a picture with return receipt

TV is mounted well, no complaints about tv and mount, but there is very bad communication between best buy and geek squads. Had worst experience with these guys!

The Geek Squad technicians were very nice and made absolutely sure that I was pleased with the placement of the TV prior to drilling the holes in the wall. I helped very little and questions were answered with patience and kindness.

The Geek Squad showed up on time, put the new TV stand together, mounted and set up the TV, and were gone. They did a great job. I don't use anyone else for my technical needs than the Geek Squad.
