The team was incredibly friendly and professional when installing my 77" TV. They helped me find the best place to install the mount and were in and out in record time.

I didn't get the Geek squad. The direct TV guy came and he knew nothing about setting up the TV, so I had to call Samsung. We were told the geek squad would be there and would also be able to help us set up our tv.

the team did an outstanding job of changing out and mounting my new 56" monitor on a long mounting arm. There were meticulous at getting it centered and straight on the arm. setup was also spectacular.

Tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He respected my home and cleaned up after himself. I was super pleased with the entire install...mount and TV. Well worth the money.

The Geek squad guys did an excellent job, and went far and beyond to make sure we were happy with the installation.

but the mount purchased was substandard. Therfore it was not a problem with the techni ian but with the mount that was purchased to have the television mounted on. Iam considering purchasing another bracket for the televion to be mounted on.

The two young men were careful and through. They took time to make sure everything was working correctly

Having some problems with tv that was moved upstairs. Sometimes when we cut it on, no picture, sound yes picture no. We have to unplug the cord then plug it back and the picture will come on. This never happened before. Only happened after they moved it and connected it.

Very nice TV for senior investing in her first smart TV. Only down side is the remote is not very user friendly, again for first time smart TV user. Glare from windows does effect quality of picture.
