I signed up for the one year Geek Squad service and I am 100% HAPPY, I HAVE HAD 3 GEEK SQUAD PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY SOMETIMES SILLY QUESTIONS I will be having them again very soon

Geek squad is a must have. Courteous and professional and ease of mind makes the price worth it.

This is the second time I've had Best Buy mount a TV for me and both times the personnel have been professional and done a great job. This time I had them take down and remount one TV in a different room and mount a new TV in its place. Again, great job!

Had the Geek Squad mount a new 50 inch Sharp. Wanted the wires in the wall. They made it work with the hdmi cords I had available. Once the tv was mounted they took the time to go through the features including the built in Roku. Made it easy!

Great TV wall mount as we have a 65" tv on this mount and it works great !!! This is our second tv mount from best buy and we love it !!!

It was a simply install. Geek Squad installer did an excellent job. The wall mounting was completed fast. He still treated the job as if it were a million dollar job. He was very friendly and professional.

We were replacing a 65" tv that I had mounted myself with no issues, but I didn't feel confident in manhandling a 75" model alone. Geek squad (Rick and Ben I believe) did a flawless job. They were on time, competent, and knowledgeable. Worth every penny!

Agents arrived on time and were speedy and knowledgeable! Unmounted my extra large tv, which was improperly installed, and remounted it securely. Most definitely recommend this service!

Geek squad reps installed the TV mount, mounted the 77 inch tv and connected devices. Only problem was the tv was not centered to the wall and they didnt ask me whether to center to the wall or to the overall room so it looks weird
