The geek squad people are very nice and respectful. This last time my dog barked the whole time. He never lost his politeness.

Unfortunately, the agent that came to reconnect my smart tv on 08/20 was not able to locate cause. Finally, someone came out yesterday and located a missing cable. My smart tv is working smoothly. Great tech.

Great mounts and they hold every inch of my 50-80 inch tv. But again friendly service but policies are always changing. They can cut holes in wall but can not run cords in walls. So then whats the point of in wall mounts.

I believe in given credit when credit is due! I received the BEST service when Chris and Josh showed up to wall mount my 85" tv. Professional and followed all the Covid-19 guidelines. Thank you!

The agents, Leon and Jerry, were very respectful. They even went above and beyond by coming back to our house to connect the HDMI cables which we didn’t have a longer cable at first when they came. Great job.

Used Geek Premium mounting service to replace wall mounted tv with new larger Samsung . Was not able to be there and wife was the go to person for the service. Not bad results but I had to personally do some wiring tweaking so that it looked "cleaner" and add a flat multi plug connector for the blue ray, cable box, etc

We recently. moved to a new house and we wanted two TV's mounted on the wall (46 and 65 inch). The Geek Squad came in put up both brackets and mounted the TV's in less time then it would have taken me to get everything out of the boxes.

Onel was great answered all my questions and made the order easy. I had tried to contact another sales person some time ago who never responded to my email. Your Magnolia person was great and helpful.
