The team that installed my 2 large TVs did an excellent job! They took their time to make sure mount placement was accurate and everything looked great when finished. They were knowledgable, professional and courteous.

Several factors conspired to make this an extended project with 3 separate home visits. Keating, the store manager, worked with me to make it right and his help made the project more than satisfactory.

75" Sony Bravia is a great TV and sound quality. Easy to use. The picture quality is amazing!! Geek Squad did a wonderful job of setting up.

the gentlemen who came to install our TV were awesome. They took our old tv down for us (we weren't at to lift it), installed our new wall mount and tv all the while being very professional and knowledgeable.

seems sturdy, hard to pull out from wall, tilt does not stay, best buy installed did not cover cord or put them in correctly not sure if its the installation or product the extra money was not worth it ,have another less expensive one that works just as well.

The installation guys were great, respectful, clean, and easy. They walked through the new features and made sure I was happy asking enough questions.

The agents removed the faulty new TV and install the new one. Made adjustments to the TV regarding the light levels and sound. I just wish that the second TV worked. Waiting for the third one to show up.

Fantastic job by the Geek Squad installing my soundbar and mounting it along with TV. It was especially tricky due to the DirectTV connection. They did an amazing job. Timely, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again!

Geek Squad guy carefully mounted tv to full motion bracket and explained position options. He was careful and quick. He connected all my devises and explained access options.
