Installation of wall mount and 85" tv excellent. Installers asked for our input and offered requested recommendations regarding placement of units on wall. Extremely pleased with completed work.

The guy was so nice. There were 2 other guys that came to help him. And all 3 were super nice. They made sure everything was in order before leaving.

This was a good experience. I would recommend, however, that if you find yourself in my situation of not being able to get internet/cable by the time you are having things set up, WAIT. They did such a good job connecting and hiding everything that its hard to vet back there after the fact. Still would recommend. They made is so easy.

The techs did a great job installing the TV but were unable to link my remote to the TV. Found out later that it wasn't their lack of knowledge but rather a fault in the TV for not providing a code to do the link.

The agents mounted the tv and connected the sound bar. They were helpful and informative about how the systems work.

Both Techs were very nice people and called in advance etc...The first Tech who came told me he couldn't use the "full motion" mount I bought on my own b/c my studs were metal, so I had to reschedule so I could return it and buy a regular tilt mount. The only one he carried around in his van was of course a $169 one! So he only connected and set up my Roku TV which he failed to program to always power on to regular TV not Roku. The second tech was very good and determined the studs were actually wood, so I could have used my full motion mount but now I don't have that feature per stated above. So all in all very nice people but I can't give 5 stars. The second tech gets 4 starts. But I'm not 100% satisfied.

They did a good job only problem was I didn’t have the right hdmi cable so they couldn’t change it in wall .Need to take tv off wall now that I have correct hdmi cable .I wonder if they could come back and change hdmis

Excellent service. These guys knew what they were doing. I was very impressed.

Tech was very knowledgeable, personable. Prior to and after installation, everything was explained in detail, all questions answered. I was pleased with explanations on all products bought, brought and installed. Safety also appeared to be of utmost importance.
