The techs were very fast, efficient and answered all my questions. they ensured everything was hooked-up and working and cleaned up after mounting. Great techs! I hope I get them next time I have a project!

Like a DREAM COME TRUE. Ordered it online, had the technician arrive during the first hour of the window. Was polite, quick, and did an excellent job!

Colin and Sam did a wonderful job. They were friendly, organized and did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable and explain and answer all our questions. Highly recommend they do your setup. You will be very pleased.

The agents did a great job mount the bracket and hanging the tv up without damaging it. They explained everything and great customer service!

Can't remember what the gentlemen's names were, but was provided excellent service. They provided detailed recommendations and knew what they were talking about. All you could ask for.

The tech was very professional, neat, and precise in assembly and mounting the 55" smart tv. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had a 7am-12pm install appointment slot and the tech arrived at 4pm due to short staffing. I would still recommend the service but warn to keep your entire day available!!

Great service for the money. The guys showed up on time, went right to work and were done doe, cleaned up and gone within an hour. they made sure I understood everything before they left, and programmed all my remotes into one.

The agents brought me a new screen panel and installed it after checking out my new TV and determining the screen panel was the problem

Very study mounting! Never had a TV in the wall so this is a big change. Will never go back. Love the fact that I can move it around so I can see the TV in the living room or in the kitchen!

Assistance was very personal!! I did have to change delivery and they were flexible! Answered most of my questions and let me know there would ne continuing assistance!

The team that came out to the house were on time and very prepared. They connected everything exactly how we wanted it, communicated throughout the process and made sure everything was working perfectly when they left.

First they didn’t show up on time 6 hours late. Unprofessional dressed. Then could do it because have two people asked my Husband to help who is disabled that’s why we were PAYING TJEM TO DO IT. Said he would be back the next morning with help. Never showed up. I called they said it wouldn’t be till the next day. Showed up late again. Had to us our tools because he didn’t have the correct ones. Used my step stool because he was to lazy to go get his ladder step tool wasn’t tall enough I had to tell him he needs taller ladder finally went to get his ladder granted it was a large TV difficult to mount but they were told this when I called in wanted me to sign job was complete and I refused until cords were stored neatly acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. Very unsatisfactory from day one. Just a typical subcontractor (Mastec) attitude.

The agents mounted my tv, incorporate the surround sound system and balanced it, and showed my wife and myself the features of our new smart tv

I had not heard from them as far as updates and timeframes when they would perform service. But they should up at the initial set time. Good workmanship.

Agents were great to work. They did an awesome job getting our TV mounted and hooked up. Works great.
