They took the time to let me know what the process was going to be and they knocked out the project in the time frame they told it would be completed.

They had everything they needed to install my new Samsung TV. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend that if you but a large TV, have the Geek Squad install it.

Squads customers service is outstanding.
