The agents mounted our 65” tv on brick fireplace- looks great & wasn’t easy - sorry guys& thanks again

What do you say about a mounting bracket it works great until it's left and right and up-and-down I would definitely buy it again the guys that installed it did a great job!

The agent called 20 min before he arrived so that I could be ready. He did a good job at inspecting the wall and mounting the tv perfectly without making any mess.

The agents mounted my tv, checked leveling, cleaned up, and went to the store and picked up additional parts for me. Great experience.

Excelent job of reserching how to take old tv off my old mount and using it to mount my new TV. Installation and setup of new TV was quick and easy with them showing me my smart TV features. Awesome Geek crew.

Max did great job with the install & gave us great tips on how to use our system. He called 30 min ahead of his arrival so we could be ready. Overall service was about an hour. 5 stars

Did not properly program the DIRECTV to my device. When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.

When I purchased my TV at Best Buy the sales person never told me about haul away service nor that there would be electrical work needed prior to installation. When I learned about haul away I had to go back to the store to have it included. Waited 45 minutes. It took four sales people to figure it out. They final gave up and said they would call me at at home with the addition. The installation was not as lucky. I paid $199 and all they did was put two holes in the wall put up the wall unit and hang the electric cord outside the wall. Now I need an electrician to come and redo everything and put an electrical box in. Wasted $199. For that price I thought Best Buy did everything. Had I known I would have not had the installation performed by Best Buy.. I would have paid a professional that would have done the complete job. Now I have to pay another $199 to have the electrical box installed and the TV re-hung on the wall. I am very disappointed in this transaction. The installers were very polite and professional but I am not happy with the installation.
