Great service! They did a great job mounting our new TV and installing our new sound system!

The agents are very good and friendly while doing the installation. They also provide very good suggestions while installation.

Excellent Install of my Samsung frame 65”. Crew arrived on time. Luck I had a few extra HDMI cables as they did not have any or it would have not gone as well.

The agents went above and beyond to help me out. They were very polite and helpful in explaining and setting things up for me.

Did not properly program the DIRECTV to my device. When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.

The agent mounted the Tv and hook up everything. He leveled and centered the tv great job. The agent got up into the attic which in no easy job and ran the wires.

Squad came on time and finished quickly. Did a great job of installing my TV and connecting to all my other components.

The agent mounted my TV, set up the TV and sound bar and provided a tutorial on the TV functions and smart remote. He made sure everything was working properly and answered any questions I had before he left.
