We have purchased this to mount an 85" television on the wall. Our Geek Squad were very professional and did an excellent job.

Geek Squad professionals were on time and installed my TV wall mount with ease and installed it perfectly where it was best suited for tv viewing.

My Frame TV was not mounted and installed properly and ended up falling and breaking the same day (almost 4 weeks ago). After multiple calls to Best Buy and Geek Squad I’m still waiting on a solution. What’s most annoying is I could have broken my TV for free. I didn’t need to pay someone else $249 to do it for me. Why won’t you at least refund my Geek Squad charge?

The agent mounted my TV, set up the TV and sound bar and provided a tutorial on the TV functions and smart remote. He made sure everything was working properly and answered any questions I had before he left.

Set was installed on my already installed wall mounting, which was perfectly fine even with the larger/heavier set. No issues.

The two servicemen who delivered and mounted our TV did a fantastic job. The were careful and neat in our home. They really took their time to make sure the TV was mounted level. They explained the different functions to us. Great Job!!
