The 2 Gentleman were fantastic. I had a work from home call when they arrived, but that didn't stop them from providing excellent customer service.

The Geek Squad Agents did a great job mounting my 43" Smart TV to the wall. It was straight and everything was connected properly. The crew were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Best Buy anytime.

They mounted my TV bracket to the wall and mounted the TV to the bracket in a short amount of time. They connected everything and setup my remote. I was watching shows on the new TV in no time.

The agents mounted my TV quickly and smoothly- they were in and out and knew exactly where to set the TV.

I have the total tech package so I only costs me $50 to install the TV, which is an excellent price. I wish that the installers took a little more time to make the TV perfect. I kept complaining how the TV doesn't look straight, even though they show me the level has it straight. but if the house isn't straight, I want the TV to be a little tilted so that it looks straight on the wall, you know what I mean? I wish that they would have just listened to me and made it slightly crooked so that from a glance it looked perfect on my wall, I don't know why they couldn't just deal with it. after they left I pretty much adjusted the entire thing on my own just so it was level from my eyes view. (it was still considered straight when I put a level on it, the water ball was just a little on the line.

Sonos sound bar isn't turning on with the tv. All is conne. cted properly. Just not synced. Have to restart tv with power button. I have spoken with Sonos and Sony. Still no solution after 2 weeks.
