The two guys who came out to install my new 85" TV were great! very professional, great sense of humor and did a fantastic job

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had me up and running quickly.

The mounting bracket is perfect. And it told horizontally for easier viewing when I need it.

This TV mounting bracket easily held my 43" Samsung TV and allowed me to be able to shift it to various positions with no fear of putting too much pressure on the bracket. It is a well designed and functional bracket.

The agent mounted the tv and it was well done. Prior to the agent calling, he asked if it was over a fireplace and I mentioned yes but the fireplace is not in use. We were charged an additional fee for mounting the TV on the wall over the fireplace. The task was quick and wouldn't have been any different if it wasn't over the fireplace. I'm rating this a 3 star because of the hidden fees.

The guys were great and professional and precise on placement and even asked if the placement was fine before the tv was mounted. Really happy with geek squad service.

The Samsung 75" tv I purchased is really nice, but this review is for the installers. They were so professional and did such a great job!!! I would highly recommend the install service and will definitely use them again.

The Geek Squad mounted my tv and connected everything for me. They put it exactly where I wanted it.

2 guys came out and they were both great. They explained a few things that I was confused about. And they did it very nicely.

The Geek Squad members that have worked at my house have been terrific. Very knowledgeable and polite. Their work has been excellent. Phone support is not so good, adequate at best.

The guy was hear on time and mounted the "mount" and installed the TV efficiently. My Handy Man helped me with installing my streaming services on the Roku TV.

Amazing service, he looked at my mount and explained why it wouldn't work. He had one on hand that i was able to purchase and get working!

I got the premium mounting service, which said it included hiding the cords. However, the cords are still hanging in plain sight, rather than dropped behind the wall. Other than that, the TV is mounted nicely.

Fantastic job of mounting. I will use the geek squad for my next Tv installation.
