  • Third Party Damaged My TV!

    Best Buy passed none of my instructions on to the third party they sent. As a result, they grabbed my TV by the panel damaging it! I now have dead pixels!

    I had geek squad come deliver and setup my new tv and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. The guys came quickly got it mounted on the wall and hooked up. Fast and efficient!

    Very professional and efficient, I did not like the height first time and called and asked to have the TV lowered and the same guys came back and lowered it very professional.

    I really appreciated the agents help. As always they are friendly, knowledable, and resolve all issues. My TV's were set up properly. I was so happy I added on additional rooms. I am loving my tv set up!!!

    The Geek Squad Tech arrived on time and was extremely professional. He installed my 40 inch tv exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after the install and made the process seamless.

    As a senior citizen I would not have the ability to mount or lift the 65" TV. The Geeks were quick and professional with both the mounting of the hanger and the Tv itself.

    Installation was smooth and simple, took maybe a half hour. Explanation was limited and the crew didn't suggest or prompt to making sure to ethernet wire the TV. WIFI load buffer is a lot otherwise. Crew did do some small extras.
