I chose to pay to have everything installed. However, parts were missing - but the installer saved the day and drove to the nearest Best Buy and got what was missing from the box!

They were very helpful and did a great job getting a 98” mounted.

The Geek Squad gentlemen came at the beginning of the window I was given. They called to let me know they were on there way. And they were just as friendly and knowledgeable in person as they were over the phone! Two thumbs way up!

Service was fine. The installer was done very quickly and efficiently. I found the price a tad high for what I actually needed - I just needed a wall mount and TV installed with no other connections. No other machines or service. Just the physical installation. I set up the Wi-Fi connection.

Squad mounted a new TV on an existing wall mount. Took no time at all. Not only removed the old 50 in TV that was 11 years old but took it out to my SUV for disposal at the recycle place.

Professional TV installers. The two techs moved two 65” TV’s between living room and bedroom. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have had a few unpleasant experiences with home delivery through Best Buy. The agent who delivered and mounted our TV was the BEST! He alone changed my opinion regarding future purchases with Best Buy.

The Geek Squad mounted my older 55" flat screen TV on my bedroom wall exactly where I wanted it. They were fast, efficient and knew what they were doing. Very polite, too.
