Geek squad showed up I had the wrong bracket so I went to Best Buy and got the right bracket they came back at 10 o’clock at night to finish the installation awesome service great guys

The Geek Squad did everything they said they would do. They delivered, mounted, setup, and adjusted the TV. They were professional and patient as they answered all my questions.

So glad we hired them to hang our large TV!!! First of all, you really need two people to hang these larger TVs. Second, they were aware of possible "glitches" and were easily able to troubleshoot any and all minor complications!

The young man, John, showed up on time, was very neat and polite, and did his work in professional manor. He was also very aware of customer service. I saw him at the store a week later and he remembered me and asked again about my satisfaction.

The agents did a great job mounting the TV, hooking up all of my games and DVD so that I only had to use the one remote. They were friendly and extremely helpful.

The Geek Squad did a fine job in mounting the TV to our stand and doing the wiring. We are both retired and not very tech savvy and these folks took care of everything and answered all our questions fully.
