The two Geek Squad techs came and install my tv with no issues and gave me some advice. They arrive on time and left in a timely fashion.

Guys who installed did a great Job. Had trouble with geek squad customer service. Had to call mutiple times.

The two gentlemen arrived a little early for their Friday appointment and got right to work. They had the TV set up, tuned in and everything ready to go in a very short time. I have hearing aids and they are hooked up to the TV. My wife uses the surround sound, there is a lag between my hearing aids and the surround sound which makes me hear an echo effect. I called the installers (as instructed) on Monday and again on Wednesday, that was a week ago and still nothing.

They installed my Dell 34 inch curved monitor using a mounting bracket they had not seen before. It presented some challenges but the final work product appears to be fine after 3 weeks on the wall.

Sean and Rob assisted me, and they did a great job. They communicated well with me beforehand, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The tv looks great!

Really comes in handy when you have a lot of electrical devices/ tvs/ or anything you buy at Best Buy. Works pretty good.

Agent mounted tv, programmed it and tested it to make sure all things were connected and working. Was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Great service.

The Technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. This limited installation questions and complicated day of appointment communications. Technician was good and installation was fine.

High quality as needed for a large 85 inch television

Television mounting info was never explained. I called to ask about materials needed and specifics about my particular installation and could never speak to anyone. Apparently $250 to mount a television to the wall only counts for a tv that is mounted at eye level or lower. Because it needed to be mounted above a fireplace, there was an additional charge of $130. This is an unfortunate surprise charge that’s basically saying , you want the tv hung or not? So you are Shanghai’d for a ridiculous $130 hidden cost. It’s not worth it.

Mount fits perfectly, swivel well and pivot correctly for my angle since the tv is mounted high.
