The two Geek Squad technicians that came to install our new Samsung TV did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious in the job. They were also helpful in answering questions we had.

The guys that delivered and sat up our new tv were very good, professional, performed their job quickly and accurately, and did a great job overall.

I can’t recommend the third party company that installed our tv. There were a lot of problems, one being that they only sent one person to install a 75 inch tv and my husband had to help out! Not cool!

The agents arrived on time and did an excellent job of mounting and installing my new 75" television. They even gave me some tips that saved me money.

The agents were able to mount my 83" TV quickly and properly, made sure it was working, and even showed me the cool remote control features and stuff.

Hung a new 75” tv, moved a 55” tv from the living room to the basement and took down the basement tv for recycling. They were in and out in just under an hour. Very impressed.

so sad that store and geek squad don't communicate...after 3 attempts we finally got this installed... store was told of our unique situation (which was originally done by geek squad) needed 2 people due to being up in the air. very frustrating

once we got an appointment that part was difficult but once the appointment the techs team that came were great.
