Amazing install team! Fast, friendly, informative and efficient!

The Geek squad did a great job installing my new LG G3 OLED TV and my LG GX soundbar. Installation went smoothly and the installers were courteous and professional.

The Technician impressed as highly knowledgeable and competent. He kept us informed of the progress and issues in a way that inspired our confidence in his capabilities. The technician explained the various controls and made helpful suggestions regarding equipment requirement which would improve the quality of the picture. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was tidy at the conclusion of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. In the recent move to our new home, I have to say with no reservations that the two tech representatives who installed our tv were the best service personnel to perform any of the many services needed in a new home. They were prompt, neat and clean, extremely efficient, did a great job and were done within 40 minutes from start to finish. I would not only highly recommend them but go out of my way to sing their praises. Great employees.

The technicians were great. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. They were quick and clean and answered all my questions. They made sure the TV was fully set up to my liking prior to leaving.

My installer, Kirk, arrived earlier than the time quoted. He and his assistant did an amazing job properly mounting my Bravia 8 to my living room wall using a Sanus mount I had previously purchased. They were both extremely professional and had answers for every question I had during the whole process. I recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone looking to get their tv mounted safely and securely!

Agents mounted my 85 inch tv and related gadgets in my loft area/media room. They even cleaned/vacuum up, removed boxes ans packaging afterwards. The agents were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Geek squad agents for your installation vs 3rd party.

I'm a big DIY person but when it comes to hanging a heavy TV on the wall with the mount I much prefer to leave that to the experts (especially because most of the time it's a two person job). I give 5 stars for the actual installers and the process, they did a phenomenal job and were very professional. I give 2 stars to the actual appointment making and scheduling aspect. BestBuy, this needs work. Please go back to the old system because it's infuriating for all of us involved with the new one. Had multiple system glitches that cancelled previous appointments, had to call and reschedule because the system didn't take it and was showing appointments on days there were none and letting me schedule it with confirmation number and everything and then the day of the app would say "don't forget you still need to schedule your appointment for install" Please talk with your installers and find a scheduling system that works, these installers are amazing!

I had a legacy cubby hole area that was built for an old-school tube TV, and I wanted a much bigger OLED so it was a bit of a challenge. I had bought a large scissor-mount that would be able to extend so that the TV was on the outside of the cubby, covering my other electronics. But installing it inside that cubby hole while holding the giant new TV up was going to be a nightmare, so I had Geek Squad handle it. Seemed to be a two-man job, but they only sent one guy. Well, evidently the one guy was Superman, because he did everything PERFECTLY. Really nice guy too. If I could give him more than five stars, I surely would.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

Best Buy team came out promptly, no hassle scheduling, brought every leveling tool possible to ensure a great install. They even had some extra items like a replacement surge projector and extension cords on hand, so I was happy with the installation being a breeze.

The agents mounted my TV and soundbar. Agents were professional and everything was perfect. Make sure to request the Best Buy agents. Sometimes they use third party ppl and I’ve had issues with them and ended up canceling and rescheduled with official geek squad professionals.

The Best Buy experts mounted the TV and hookes up the sound system, then set them up, then showed us all the features. Theh were prompt, efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable!

the installers were great. they were contracted by best buy. the company rescheduled my appt twice. I ended up missing an entire day of work over this. once they showed up, they di a great job. hung the wall mount and tv, connected my devices, moved my old tv for me and reconnected it. glad I did this. money well spent. I just wish the company best buy contracts this to had showed up the first time. that is what prevented five stars.

the tech mounted my tv and explained all the connections and setup my remote explained all the interactions of my tv;very professional and new what they were doing as always the gook squad lived up to our expectations and we will use them whenever we buy more from best buy.thanks

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

The agents came in, mounted my TV, made sure everything was set up, and took away all of the packaging! So worth it for the ease and peace of mind - it was painless and I LOVE having my TV mounted!

Best Buy installers did an awesome job installing our home office tv. They were professional, hung tv as directed, and made sure work area was clean after install. We are very happy with the results.
