The geek squad did an excellent job mounting my 75 inch sony tv. All hook ups were made and tested before leaving. The team was professional and cleaned everything up.

The agents mounted my TV and connected my soundbar. The soundbar was supposed to be attached to the TV, but was attached to the wall instead because the attachment pieces were backwards. I wanted my TV flush to the ceiling like my old TV. The agent insisted that was not the right place for a TV and talked me into lowering it. I hate how low it is on the wall, if on our couch, can't see TV past the chair. None of the furniture I've looked at for under the TV fits because it's so low. I never should have listened to him because I now have to find someone to raise the TV higher. Because the soundbar was attached to the wall, there will now be visible holes when everything is moved up.

Originally they got the mount size wrong after I waited 2 weeks for installation which required another appointment a week later. However, they got it right then and from the store manager to the installers, everyone was professional, helpful and made sure I was happy.
