Yes did a great job. Explained all the fictions of my tv and guided me through recommended sound box that work best with my new tv.

We have had 3 different service people from Geek Squad and all of them were fantastic.

The team was prompt, quick, and professional. I have a 3 in 1 Stand they attached the TV too. Less work than wall mount but same price. They had all the hardware for setup except an extender for my coaxial cable. Unfortunate because it left me moving my TV stand and wrapping my own cords.

Awesomely professional. With knowledge and experience with setting up your home theaters systems. Quick and courteous. An willing to answer questions on the fly. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Crew measured very carefully. Checked behind wall before cutting and discussed various ideas before cutting and drilling. Al in all I an quite pleased.

I would use geek squad services in the future. They were nice and professional. They mounted two of our TVs on the same day. They work quietly, no complains, and they’ll clean up after.

No complaints with the first crew that came into the house and set up my tv. Unfortunately, the tv failed, showing an intemittently black screen (the kiss of death). So,,, a swap out was scheduled. The second crew brought out the exchange tv. As soon as they came into the room where the the tv was located - he starting finding why the screen was going black first is was my sound system then the hdmi cable. He said that the hdmi cable connector was bent and that was the problem. They had a replacement 12" cable on the truck and for $40 they would change it out/ So, I agreed to on the replacement. He worked on it about ten minutes anf gave up without replacing the cable. He told me that they could leave the so called bad cable in place or place the new cable hanging down. Since I have a wall mount to hide the cables -that didn't seem to be an answer. I asked him that if the hdmi cable was the black screen issue then I am no better off then I was with the original tv. He said that typically they don't go through fire blocks in the wall. I asked then what do they do just quit. The problem now becomes my problem. He said if I wanted a new cable then I would have to have someone else do it. This is not what I call installation that is that difficult. They could not even connect to wi-fi. He then told me that att router was the problem. I told him that the first crew didn't have any problems hooking up. He then called the first crew and they talked him through it. The other man could not install the tv wall brackets on the back of the tv. He crossed threaded one of the screws. The other man had to straighten it out. Very disappointed and frustrated. The saddest thing about this is the second tv has not black screened in two days of full days of watching it. So much for my sound system or the cable being the problem. It was only after I insisted the swap out before he agreed to change it out.

Agents mounted tv and did a good job. Sturdy mounting.

Geek squad did great job on leveling and mounting my tv correctly. They were polite and kind enough to answer questions on my upcoming entertainment purchases. I will definitely use them again.

TV works very well and the Geek Squad agent who set it up was very professional and set the TV up very quickly.

The installer was awesome. Friendly and worked fast. Was not told on the phone I would need a kit for the wall and long power cord. I am really disappointed that I had to spend an extra $150.

Great friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and spoke with me throughout the entire process. Literally had the tv mounted and ran wires within 20 minutes GEEK Squad rocks!!!
