The Geeks recommended the height for the TV. I never took into consideration the length of cords and cables. Good call on their part. They were neat, clean and efficient.

The agents mounted my TV quickly & showed me what new features my TV had to offer such as Hulu, Netflix, YouTube etc; Very knowledgeable & helpful team. Thanks Geek squad!

The first geek left making me reschedule since there were flooring guys in the other part of the house and had left trash in the install room. Did not give me 5 minutes to move it. then tried to drive off with the TV. I made him put it in the garage. 0 stars for that Geek. The second guy was quick and great at installing. But he did not connect or help setup anything. I'm still trying to figure how to connect and make some things work. 5 star installation for this guy. Overall 2 stars to best buy. I will try my best to never use best buy again.

The two people, Brandon and Alesha were very professional, respectful, kind, etc. they were very respectful and professional to each other. Enjoyed their company.

They unpacked and mounted TV . Set up my cable and dvd, also my sound bar. worked very quick. when done showed me how things worked. also set up ROKU on line for me. Found out later they would have taken old TV. They did seem to be rushed to get to next job.

The Geek Squad was very well informed. They worked together like a very smooth & oiled machine. I asked them to connect my BOSE System to the new TV and with some new cables (which were available in their truck) they were able to do so to my great delight.

Everything went well during setup, however after a few days I tried to get the captions to appear and have failed to get them set up correctly.. guess I will have to call them back.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with service. I took a day off from work to get my TV delivered. I spent over an hour in the store working with a salesperson to pick out the services I needed. The Geek Squad technician called me at 9am and told me that the order was 100% wrong and that none of the items I selected made sense. I was confused because I spent over an hour going over this with the salesman. He informed me that he would be leaving the items I wanted at the store and that Best Buy would be contacting me. The poor support worker who called me tried his best to figure out what was missing from my order and we spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why this geek squad tech cancelled my order. After realizing that the geek squad tech was 100% wrong and rushed me off the phone because he was likely trying to lighten his load for the day, I cancelled my entire order. Why does your company make it so hard for someone to spend money with you. I wasted hours of my time, lost a day of work, and am completely unsatisfied.

Great service. Friendly team. Was nice to not have to worry about breaking my new tv trying to Mount myself.
