Geek squad was excellent. Patient and thorough. Although follow questions up a bit of a challenge.

Only getting a 4 star because they had a 3 hour window and they arrived after the window...It was only a couple of minutes, but I had to take off work and they were late. The install went fine and the 2 gentlemen who did the install did a great job.

The guys that did the work did a good job and were professional. However, the price for such a simple job is absurd and I can't recommend it except for particularly difficult jobs.

Agents were efficient in removing the prior tv, installing the new one & making sure it worked as advertised

Technicians were very polite and professional, asked us for feedback and ideas on where to mount as well as giving us their opinion for optimal viewing experience.

The guys installed a big screen TV and headphones and mounted the TV on the wall.

The gentlemen came in and set up my TV on the wall. I asked them to center it, they did a pretty good job. Fairly cleanly and respected my household and slid on some boot covers for my carpeted house.

The technicians were first rate. They did a great job and set up our system exactly as we wanted it.

The technician unable to find the studs and made multiple holes in the wall. Finally, they found it and hung the tv . Happy.
