Geek Squad is the Best of the Best! Impressive customer satisfaction Team

My technician was prompt and knowledgeable . He got the TV put up and made sure everything was working well.

The gentlemen came in and set up my TV on the wall. I asked them to center it, they did a pretty good job. Fairly cleanly and respected my household and slid on some boot covers for my carpeted house.

Purchased a 65 inch TV and decided to have it mounted on my wall. Geek Squad did a fantastic job and even hid the cable box and mounting the TV. Could not be happier.

Geek Squad set up new tv, reviewed controls and made certain any questions I might have were fully addressed. Job well done!

The installers did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I believe the mount is defective, as adjusting the left to right level does not hold no matter what I do.

Agents did not accurately credit my account for upgraded TV and accessories I did not need. Also, he did not correctly program my remote, and did not correctly complete TV set up. Had to have Best Buy agent return, and then had to have my cable company come and ultimately fix problems. Very disappointed. Not satisfied. Not worth $249.00 installation charge. Also, telephone customer service help marginal, system was not set up to allow them to make adjustments and corrections.

The agents were friendly, helpful, and more than competent. We were totally satisfied with their service.
