I purchased a TV for my brother as a house warming gift and qualified for a free mounting with purchase of a 75 in TV. Mounting crew came out and was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Service was quick and fast only downside is they left the wires and when asked they said they are not allowed to make a hole in wall.

The two members from Best Buy that did the install were very professional and did a great job.

This install took two attempts. The final install was great. If I could give a 0 Star I would - 1000% FAIL by Bestbuy for On-line purchase. First attempt TV was scheduled to be delivered and installed by a BestBuy 3rd party vendor who failed to show up. Had to cancel order and re-order at the store and the final delivery and installation was weeks late despite me contacting BestBuy numerous times to try to mitigate. In the future if I need install, I am going into store where there are people who are accountable.
