We had an issue and they were right out here!

I had already set-up tv so they gave great advice on apps and other products to use in conjunction with cable provider and apps. Very friendly and courteous.

65" 4K smart tv

The one small thing that makes it less than perfect is that I thought I selected the same 65" 4K LG 8200 we had, but the new one is a step down from our original tv.
