Dismount & mount of new TV was fine, but the setup was marginal. Not familiar with IPTV, which uses the Wi-Fi. Had to schedule a service call with Grande/ Astound to complete setup. Have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past, but not this time.

The agents fully explained to me how to operate the TV remote to access the various programs it came with, after installing and mounting the TV.

It's a great Above TV connect and mount your TV. It's nice to be able to hide all the cables behind the wall.

A subcontractor installed my TV for Geek Squad. It included a sound bar & connection to AT&T UVerse. Physical installation is very professional but it took some coaching to get the UVerse connection right & they had difficulty setting up the UVerse remote.

The full motion provides you with the ability to mount on a wall that is not necessarily facing the direction you will be viewing from. Geek squad did a fast, clean, and first class job.

The guys who came and installed were awesome, super nice, and knowledgeable.

I did not use this TVCONNECT 5 and payed for it on my Visa card and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I have called the company more than 3 times and no response

The agents mounted my TV, plugged in all my devices, tested everything before leaving, cleaned up any mess and returned my set of unused short HDMI cables for credit.

The Geek Squad mounted our 65" Vizio and had everything up & running in no time at all. They answered all questions we had and they cleaned up all packaging with them. Great service.

He used mounting screws for the TV that were to short and my TV almost fell to the floor when I put it on the bracket. I had to go and buy new screws
