The Technicians were very qualified and they mounted the TV within 2 hours. The price for the installation of $300.00 up front and then another $216.00 as the installation starts is a little exorbitant and I find it to be excessive

They did a great job installing the TV and it's worth it (it takes away all the stress and it puts the responsibility on Best Buy). They did a great job of aligning it and setting it up from A-Z.

Geek Squad attached the mounting bracket to the wall, attached the 60" tv, and hooked it up to the cable box and DVD player. Also input the tv settings, and demonstrated features on the remote control.

Connected all of my equipment in a professional job. I was worried how the wires would be hidden but you do not see the wires after they were hidden in the wall.
