The agent mounted my TV. I later noticed there was a slight tilt in the mounting. It’s not level.

Great job given the circumstances. Replacing my previously mounted 75” tv with this new one on an extended wall mount. They had to make a few adjustments because the mounting did not match up like the old tv did.

Had a third party company come and do what I could have done. Best Buy sent Kyle from their installation crew and he did great and made the install look great! Ask for Kyle K!!!

this is more about best buy scheduling. if you could go back and review- initially I was told 7am-7pm. two days before i was told 11-1:30. the day before i was told 7 am -11am. I called and was told by that person 3:30-7. he put me on hold and said he made mistake. it would be 7-11 and likely closer to the early time. the day of delivery no show by 11:30. called, told they would call right back with update. 12:30 still no call. called again. the delivery guy then called at said sorry and was on his way. when he arrived he said they never should have said 7am. he doesnt start work till 9 am. I AM so sorry i spent the $200. on total tech. your delivery was ridiculous. the install went quickly but I wasted an entire half day when the knew all along it would not be till at least 10am.

they work great as a team and had it all put up and working so fast. I thought it would have taken hours it was done so fast. AMAZING service very nice guys.

I purchased thed premium tv mounting because I wanted it done right. Jim, the tech did an excellent job of setting up, tv with existing equipment and explaining everything. Well worth the cost.
