Agent was knowledgeable and efficient. He and his assistant mounted and connected our TV without incident, and did a great job!

We delayed delivery and set up so we could be on Geek Squad’s schedule. When a third-party installed arrived with our TV, I was extremely disappointed. The installed did install the TV and closed the ticket even though he was unable to set up the headset as requested. Called the store at 8 pm when we discovered the headset was too advanced for the tv. Put on hold twice for a long time. Could have come to the store, bought a new headset that night. But with the long holds, time ran out. The next day I bought a new headset and optics cable. Set up another headset install appointment. The job was finally completed, but with many unnecessary delays.

Geek Squad arrived in scheduled time frame. Wore booties to protect our flooring. They were professional and cleaned up.

The Geek Squad scheduling system for making appointments needs a major overhaul. It was a challenge to find a time that fit, and they had nothing available for at least 5 to 7 days. Most of the time was not convenient for my work schedule, and the 5-hour window they only offer will make you want to hire another company to do the job.

The installer did a great job. Mounted our 83" TV right where we wanted it. Knowledgeable and friendly.

The mount is not bad. It keeps the tv close to the wall. Only thing is we originally wanted a full motion mount but they sold us this one said it would be better. With this mount it is pretty hard to plug anything in because not much room behind it.

The installer was very efficient and his work was excellent.

have large entertainment center so no wall mounting but set up and information was terrific. would recommend everyone use the geek squad

The agents determined they could not mount my Samsung Frame TV because we did not have the original template paper on hand. All the parts and materials available but a paper template stopped a simple hanging of the tv. This is after we just moved and are just trying to get things put back in the new house. Hard to believe professional installers can’t understand how to measure and hang flat. Also if so hard, why would they not have a basic template as part of their tool set for Samsung tvs? Now it is on us to dig out a template from boxes or deal with Samsung or just hang ourselves? Why then pay $250 for professional installation for this trouble?
