Samsung TV

Pleasant install, once the tech's finally arrived
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had an install scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon (between 12-4 PM) but the techs never showed up - I still don't know what happened. Even their supervisor at the store didn't know where they were. But, the store worked with me to make it right and the install ended up being rescheduled for the following Friday morning. They arrived around 0930 and executed a competent install. I'm a bit OCD about organizational things and I was pleased they made a good, level mount install. They also showed me how to make minute adjustments to screen rotation and made sure I retained the original mounting hardware for the old display. Pleased with the install so far, after the initial drama.

Geek squad more like Speed Squad

I already had the mounts attached so it did not take long at all. If they could have programmed my cable remote to control the on/off for the Vizio sound bar, I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4.

Geek squad fixed my tv mount quickly
