The Geek Squad that came to my home to install my tv were professional to the max. Brandon was the main person doing the physical installation. I don't remember the name of the lady that was with him but she did the technical setup. Both of them were very polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. Normally I will set things up myself but I am very glad I had them come do it. They made sure that I knew how to operate the remote and explained the features on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

I had my new TV mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad and the two gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the position of the TV and also while discussing the placement I mentioned the only downside were the cables running down the wall. They proceed to tell me that they have a part on the truck that can fix that and installed the wires behind the wall. The customer service was well beyond expectations and would recommend their service to anyone. Very pleased.

The geek squad sent out to highly qualified guys to install two TVs. They did a great job from start to finish. The install went smoother than I anticipated. They were very knowledgeable with the set up of these TVs. They answered questions like pros and I would highly recommend their services.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. Had a very pleasant experience when Javier and crew came to install my 75 inch TV and wall mount. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. If I remember right it only took about an hour or less. No mess and they took all of the boxes which I appreciated. Connected everything and programmed my Direct TV remote. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The team From Geek Squad answered all my questions. They were meticulous in making sure all was perfect. When that picture came on it just took you breath away. Thanks to the gentle in the Geek Squad that made this posible.

Geek squad crew did a fabulous job with install and clean up. They were very professionally and friendly and efficient at their job. I would ask for them not third party contractors from Best Buy.

Geek squad was great on the mounting and install of my new tv. Very cheerful, easy to wor, with, answered all questions, very neat...even wore slip on dust shoe covers to protect my floor.

The guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job, very quick and knowledgeable. Bedsides the tv, they also installed 2 rear in ceilings speakers for my home theater, at first it didn't work but they were able to find the perfect solution. They did a clean installation, you cannot see any wires. They cleaned the area of all debris. All I can say is outstanding!!!

No matter where my next television purchase occurs, I will definitely call the Geek Squad for my TV mounting services. These young men arrived as scheduled, were very professional, and completed my television installation without issue. I could not have asked for a more positive television installation experience.

Techs came in and set up TV and even showed staff how to use it.

Agent Minerva and Jaylen did an excellent job of installing the wall mount and setting up the TV. They were both professional and effective in completing the tasks at hand and in their interactions with me. I also very much appreciated the clear up-front communication from Minerva on their eta. and project timing. I would not hesitate in utilizing the Geek Squad in the future after this experience.

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

The guys that came to mount our new tv did a great job. They were quick to get it installed and the ease of installation made me feel good about how it turned out and would be firmly supported on the wall. This is the second time I have used Geek Squad for TV mountings.
