I can install electronics myself, though I don’t have a large enough vehicle to carry a 65” TV and I’m aware of how fragile TVs are today, so I picked the install service. A+++++++

The agent mounted the TV on the wall by making some minor adjustments due to the placement of the electrical outlet.

The tech who performed the installation showed up on time and did a wonderful job. However, trying to schedule the appointment was an ordeal. The Best Buy voice activated call director would not recognize what I wanted done and sent me to the wrong person several times. Finally, I was able to get a good customer service person on the line by pressing 0 several times. I suggest that Best Buy scrap the voice activated call director and go back to having us push buttons for our choices.

Great service! They also hooked me up with a longer hdmi cable as my old one was short. Great people.

The Geek Squad scheduling system for making appointments needs a major overhaul. It was a challenge to find a time that fit, and they had nothing available for at least 5 to 7 days. Most of the time was not convenient for my work schedule, and the 5-hour window they only offer will make you want to hire another company to do the job.

The agents were very friendly and highly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having them in our home!

The installers were here on time and immediately recognized that I had metal studs and the mount wouldn't work. Explained in great detail what I needed to purchase.
