The agent did install & mount 2 tvs. 1 looks great, 1 is tilted & wall plates left off. We were never told he didn’t have items. Lowes was very helpful in telling us what we needed. This was dangerous with pets to have access to wires. The third tv needed to be anchored to wall. It was above the tv connected to old straps. Looked terrible, He said he’d never done this type of job , but also he didn’t ask.

Just buy it, it is easy. You know you want to watch TV on this incredible TV. Treat yourself!

The guys did there job with so much professionalism

the agents connected my tv and sound bar and left me with many disconnected wires and i do not go where they go . Josh left me with his phone # to call if i had any questions . when i called he did not answer and he never returned my call . hence Geek Squad is scheduled to return on Sept 20 to finish the job . And with that call to Best Buy cust. service , i am very happy with how i was helped . i will await the visit from Geek Squad on Sept 20th thank you very much

The Geek Squad folks were great with all the problems we had, getting the old tv removed and reinstalled in our bedroom. Once old tv removed, new tv went up easy.
