They did a good job installing. Itbwas an outside contracor though. I was expecting geek squad people. It got done though and the guy did a good job.

We visited Best Buy and an associate told us about the in-home service. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! We're so glad we used this service! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

The agent was nice, helpful and made sure my device worked and was hooked up to the internet as well as making sure the apps worked.

Calculation of my invoice was improper, and the several rewards certifications I had did not all post on the invoice. The manager then had to include a discount override to meet the right cost basis. Furthermore the rewards were not reflected as a lump sum adjustment but rather as a discount to each line item, confusing the issue. My Geek Squad appointment appears to be with Squad members only affiliated with the Magnolia section of the Columbus Ave Store. When I called the general geek squad number they could not adjust my appointment. It remains an open issue.

Two Geek Squad technicians arrived on time and professionally installed my 65" TV. They programmed it to operate to its capabilities and demonstrated to me how everything works.

I love working with these people. They are so knowledgeable and nice to work with. They are always on time.

As always, Best Buy service techs do a great job with installations & explanation of the work as they go along. And they ALWAYS clean up the area when they are done. Good job!!!

Very efficient and they came with all the proper tools. Vacuum and clean the area when they were done. This was the first time I used Geek Squad, very impressive.
