The service team was prompt, efficient, they added my in wall wire kit and made sure the area was clean and everything worked before leaving. Great Service.

This service was the worst customer experience I've ever had, and I work in Business Banking for JPMorgan. The service does not include the mount and it should explicitly say that in the title. Two uneducated gentlemen showed up with the 8k TV i just paid a lot of money for LAYING FLAT, in a personal vehicle, wearing no Geek ID nor uniform to match. The men were not very educated on the TV. They thought since I got the Premium Mountint service, that the mount was inside the box.... it was not. This was such a bad experience, I had to ask tjem to leave. They left everything half opened and my living room a mess. The refund process was absurd. I had to wait 5 business days in order to request a refund after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. Absurd, poor, and negligent service. Never again. This also depends on the area and neighborhood that your store is located.

The Greek Squad agents mounted my TV and connected the wifi. I’m pleased with their work. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

The agent did a good job. How ever I had a major concern with the customer service department. I specifically ask for a A.M. appointment. There was a no call no show for the service tech for the redo. I had to call and inquire only to be rescheduled. I took three days off of work to get this completed. I wasn’t happy at all.

It is so worth having the Geek Squad do the install. They do this daily and it's a piece of cake for them. Glad we didn't bother tryingto do it ourselves!

I have had them complete three jobs for me. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. When they leave, you won’t know they were there. They do really good work.
