The agent did a good job. How ever I had a major concern with the customer service department. I specifically ask for a A.M. appointment. There was a no call no show for the service tech for the redo. I had to call and inquire only to be rescheduled. I took three days off of work to get this completed. I wasn’t happy at all.

This service was the worst customer experience I've ever had, and I work in Business Banking for JPMorgan. The service does not include the mount and it should explicitly say that in the title. Two uneducated gentlemen showed up with the 8k TV i just paid a lot of money for LAYING FLAT, in a personal vehicle, wearing no Geek ID nor uniform to match. The men were not very educated on the TV. They thought since I got the Premium Mountint service, that the mount was inside the box.... it was not. This was such a bad experience, I had to ask tjem to leave. They left everything half opened and my living room a mess. The refund process was absurd. I had to wait 5 business days in order to request a refund after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. Absurd, poor, and negligent service. Never again. This also depends on the area and neighborhood that your store is located.

Disappointed in how charges were not clearly communicated. I had to move a mount down 2 inches to put my replacement tv up. Geek squad installed the mount 2 years ago, i walked in asking to be moved down specifically said it was over a fireplace, they told me it would be $250, paid for it scheduled the appointment only to be told it would cost a little more because it was over a fire place the day of the install, took technocians 10 min to move the mount down, and they charged me another $130. I was okay with a little bit more but that is half the original cost.

The agents mounted my large screen tv and advised us on connecting the cable. They were on time and very efficient.

The service team was prompt, efficient, they added my in wall wire kit and made sure the area was clean and everything worked before leaving. Great Service.

The tv and sound bar mount is perfect! Love that the sound bar is installed directly below tv with hardly any space between! Everything is perfectly centered. Very nice installation!
