Additional charges not listed on mobile app

Upon arrival, I was presented with numerous additional charges before install. Summing all up, became very costly! Later finding out the confusion was the disparity between the pc site from the mobile app. Best Buy needs to review their mobile site!!!!!!!!! If weren’t for my immediate need for install, I could have cancelled my order. I gave 3 stars because of the install. Geek squad did the job right. Other than that it falls short due to the shortcomings of the BB app! Improve it usability is at the worst!

Sound bar
