The installer was nice, experienced and professional.

Tech delivered tv, mounted mount on wall, hung tv, hooked up tv. Tech did it all while I sat on couch. Great job

Installation of new tv was very confused. Was told I needed a new wall mount and sound wire. Bought both and returned both after another tech said I needed neither. All resolved but very frustrating.

I ordered the tv installation thru mobile app like most people do nowadays. Upon arrival, I was presented with numerous additional charges before install. Summing all up, became very costly! Later finding out the confusion was the disparity between the pc site from the mobile app. Best Buy needs to review their mobile site!!!!!!!!! If weren’t for my immediate need for install, I could have cancelled my order. I gave 3 stars because of the install. Geek squad did the job right. Other than that it falls short due to the shortcomings of the BB app! Improve it usability is at the worst!

The agents mounted the TV and hooked up all the electronics that needed to be hooked up.

Bear and his assistant were very careful and meticulous about installing my 60” Tv. Very professional and posses a lot of experience doing installs.

They were on time and got the mount on the wall and the tv on the mount, cleaned everything up and went on their way. Everything went great

They installed a television but did not connect it to my current provider which has always been done in the past. Since I am technologically challenged, I needed them to do that.

They wouldn’t install full motion tv mount for a 85” tv so had to purchase tilt mount. Otherwise great job.

I hade to pay for a full install and the mount was already on the wall alomh with outlet to hide wires, Techs left and wires were still visible. I had to fix myself. TV remote was set up to work with Roku, but 1 week later it does not work anymore.

They came in and were very professional and respectful. They made sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Definitely worth it getting expect help installing my tv
