TV not set up correctly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a fabulous deal on the TV, so used the savings to let Geek Squad do the install. Unfortunately, the installer knew there was a problem, left anyway, and didn't respond to emails. The TV randomly times-out, all the time. He said "if you see this screen just push home theater". He never said that was going to happen every 15 minutes! Claim it has nothing to do with install ... really? How come the prior TV worked perfectly then? Waste of $200 and no idea how I"m going to get it working correctly.

Couldn't do it without them.

Took the time to insure all was done
